Job Description:
New: Senior Medical Writer (Remote UK/Europe) - Growing HEOR & Market Access Consulting firm
An exciting opportunity to join a growing consulting firm with excellent staff retention rates in the healthcare/pharma space. Be part of a supportive, people-focused culture where everyone looks out for each other, balancing work and personal life.
This role can be fully remote in various European countries, as well as in the US and Canada, with minimal travel and team meet-ups throughout the year.
The ideal candidate is an experienced medical writer who enjoys hands-on writing and working within a collaborative, close-knit team. You will have support from an established leadership team to foster your growth and development, without the pressure of sales or business development responsibilities. The role offers good visibility in a small, privately owned company and the opportunity to work on global projects.
The company's work is primarily repeat business and organic growth, with ongoing projects lined up for the foreseeable future. This is a great chance to join a smaller firm (under 100 employees) with a non-corporate culture that values SMEs and allows experts to progress in responsibility and salary while remaining hands-on and close to the science.
Ideal profile:
* 3-12 years of experience in a relevant consultancy or agency environment
* MSc or PhD in a relevant field
* Technical expertise in writing technical reports from health economic models, ITCs, and/or NMAs
* Experience in developing Global Value Dossiers, US dossiers, objection handlers, posters, and manuscripts
* Experience in Evidence Synthesis and related writing is desirable
* Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with colleagues across the UK, EU, and US
