This is a hands-on position supporting multiple fee earners with both legal and administrative tasks, playing a key role in the smooth operation of the department. Key Responsibilities:
Support fee earners with clinical negligence and personal injury cases, including drafting correspondence and preparing legal documentation
Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and third parties under supervision
Organise and manage incoming medical records in both physical and digital formats
Handle departmental post, including scanning, distribution, and dispatch
Perform a range of administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a legal administrative role within clinical negligence (essential)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Confident with Microsoft Office and case management systems
A team-player mindset and a professional, proactive approach
