The Role
As a Teaching Assistant working across multiple RCT schools, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning. No two days will be the same — but your impact will be.
You’ll support with:
* Classroom assistance across a range of age groups
* Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and on task
* Working 1:1 or with small groups when required
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
* Preparing resources and assisting with classroom routines
* Promoting positive behaviour and consistent school expectations
* Following safeguarding and school policies in every placement
This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work week and thrives in different school environments.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
