About the Role: You will support a caseload of service users that may have been previously released from prison, on a suspended sentence or on community orders.
Based out of local probation offices you will be working collaboratively with pre-release teams, probation and other internal departments to support them on their journey.
What Youll Be Doing: Assessments and Action Plans: You will complete personal wellbeing assessments and create tailored action plans for each individual you work with.
Community-based support: You will guide individuals as per their action plan, helping them reintegrate through practical well-being activities, from housing and employment to mental health and social connections.
Quality Recording: Keep thorough, up-to-date records of all your work on our IT systems, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and progress is properly tracked.
What Were Looking For: Relationship Building: Youre able to connect with people at all levels, engaging with key stakeholders within Probation and building relationships with Service Users in a way thats genuine, promotes a sense of trust and is non-judgmental, with particular attention to confidentiality and maintenance of boundaries.
You are supporting complex individuals at a challenging time in their lives and will need to be able to identify any safeguarding risks.
