Licensed Conveyancer – Exciting Opportunity with a Growing East London Firm

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

A respected and expanding East London law firm is currently seeking a driven and experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy and ambitious Conveyancing Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer who is confident in managing their own caseload and is looking to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking team.
The successful Licensed Conveyancer will have 1–3 years of experience and a well-rounded understanding of both residential and commercial conveyancing. You’ll be entrusted with a varied caseload while also playing a key role in supervising junior caseworkers and contributing to the growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
* Supervise and mentor caseworkers within the team
* Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and ensure compliance across all files
* Support business development efforts through local networking and relationship building
* Participate in the firm’s marketing and strategic planning for the department
This role is well-suited to a Licensed Conveyancer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a keen interest in helping to drive departmental growth. The position is fully office-based, so ideally suited to someone local to East London or able to commute.
