We are looking for an Ecosystem Lead (first line sales leader) to join us in our UK & Ireland Dermatology team, to be field based covering the North of the UK.
About the role
The First Line Sales Leader is accountable for driving in-field execution excellence with their direct team and cross-functional colleagues in line with budget and target expectations. They are a connector between the Brand Strategy and local execution ensuring adherence and alignment between the two.
Eco-system Leads are responsible for driving a deliberate thinking process to define the local approach, from which required local activities are derived. During execution they track progress vs. plan as well as overall performance and adjust plans and tactics where necessary to ensure regional targets are achieved.

You will report into the Franchise Head for Dermatology for the UK & Ireland
What you’ll do
1. Leading teams through transformation (e.g., digital adoption, new go-to-market models).
2. Building resilience and adaptability in the team (through business adaptations and lifecycle of product).
3. Ability to co-create long-term value with healthcare providers and systems.
4. Deep understanding of patient pathways and healthcare ecosystem dynamics.
5. Understand impact of regulatory changes, reimbursement models, and payer strategies on local strategy.
6. Ability to guide KAMs in navigating complex access environments.
7. Proficiency in interpreting sales, analytics, competitor data and CRM data uncovering trends and using this to influence strategic account / brand decisions.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
8. Degree in life sciences, business or healthcare
9. 5+ years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, market access, medical)
10. Management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech
11. Experience in launching products and leading cross-functional teams; experience in cross-functional or matrix environments.
