Starting Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per annum + Competitive Bonus Scheme

Recognised for delivering exceptional care standards and investing heavily in its people, the organisation is seeking an ambitious and professional Care Manager to deliver a service of excellence to their clients.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Care Manager, Registered Manager, or an aspiring Deputy Manager who is looking to join a prestigious home care business where career progression is genuinely encouraged and supported.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well led service of excellence to clients
* Manage, motivate and develop a dedicated team of care professionals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals
* Conduct care assessments, risk assessments and service reviews
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, company policies and industry best practice
* Oversee care planning, quality assurance and audit processes
* Drive service growth whilst maintaining exceptional standards of care
* Manage safeguarding concerns, investigations and incident reporting
* Utilise the Nourish care management system to oversee service delivery and compliance
* Work collaboratively with senior leaders to support the ongoing success of the business
* Support recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development initiatives
Whilst this is very much a management and leadership position, the successful candidate should be prepared to provide hands-on care support on rare occasions.
On-Call Responsibilities
The on-call commitment is shared between yourself and two other senior leaders within the business, providing a balanced and manageable rota. This collaborative approach ensures you have the support needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance whilst delivering excellent service continuity.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 1hr Paid Break
About You
* Previous experience as a Care Manager, Registered Home Care Manager or Deputy Home Care Manager
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or working towards
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards, compliance and quality frameworks
* Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to business growth
* Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
