Treorchy Comprehensive School is seeking two inspirational and dynamic Deputy Headteachers to join our highly motivated leadership team and help drive the next stage of our improvement journey.
Following the successful forthcoming progression of our current Deputy Headteachers, one to a Headship and another to a senior Welsh-medium leadership role, these vacancies reflect the strength of leadership development at our school and the opportunities we provide for professional growth.

Please note that we are not seeking any specific specialist or portfolio expertise. Leadership responsibilities and areas will be combined to best meet the needs of the school and will be allocated to reflect the skills and qualities of those appointed. Over time, portfolios may be adjusted to support professional development and to strengthen transferable skills, thereby building whole-school capacity and supporting leadership development.
