The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining learning‑development programs that support business goals, enhance employee capability, and promote a culture of continuous learning. This role reports to the Danaher Business Systems Leader and is part of the DBS (Danaher Business Systems Team) located in Walton Road Portsmouth. The position is an on‑site role.

Who You Are
* Previous experience in manufacturing training, learning & development, or organisational development.
* Level 5 CIPD Human Resource Development‑HDR / ILM Level 5 Certificate / Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, organisational and presentation skills.
* Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical Requirements
* Ability to travel – up to 10% travel, overnight stays, within territory or locations.
* Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Desirable Skills
* Lean / Six Sigma experience.
