Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Professional to run their own HR consultancy under the Our HR People franchise brand. The role involves building and managing a client portfolio, delivering tailored HR advice across all sectors, and leveraging franchise resources for marketing, business development and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
* Develop and grow a network of clients across diverse industries.
* Deliver HR consulting services, including policy development, employee relations, and training.
* Utilize franchise support to market services, access training resources, and participate in ongoing business development meetings.
* Maintain compliance with national legislation and corporate standards.
Qualifications
* Experienced HR Professional or HR Director with demonstrated consulting experience.
* CIPD qualified or equivalent professional certification.
* Right to work and live in the United Kingdom.
* Strong communication, sales and client relationship skills.
