As an independent financial services company in the wealth management sector, we aid our clients in supporting fund switches, EBS submissions, and stock transfers. We pride ourselves on our welcoming team and beautiful office on the marina and are excited to welcome a new comer to the team. What you’ll be doing: Manage the end-to-end Letter of Authority (LOA) process, ensuring advisors are kept fully updated. Prepare and coordinate client meetings, including creating materials, sending post-meeting packs, and following up on notes and actions. Maintain and update client records in the CRM, manage review documents, and support new client onboarding with welcome calls and queries. Support a warm, personal client experience, from organising birthday gifts and handwritten cards to greeting clients and arranging parking. Handle varied administrative tasks, including stock orders, property checks, weekly food shopping, and general office support. Assist with reports and analytics, event planning, fund switches, and other key processes - all while working collaboratively in a supportive, team-focused environment.
