Whether you’re mixing cocktails, taking orders, or striking up a conversation, you’ll be central to delivering the exceptional hospitality Marriott is known for worldwide.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude
* Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
* Communicate any dietary needs, allergies, or preferences to the kitchen
* Maintain clean, organised bar and dining areas throughout your shift
* Process payments using MICROS or similar POS systems
* Uphold food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
* Complete closing duties and assist with restocking
* Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance guest satisfaction
* Take on additional tasks to support smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking team players with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. You should thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy making guests feel welcome.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or customer-facing roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident handling payments and using point-of-sale systems
* A positive, professional attitude and appearance
* Strong multitasking, adaptability, and reliability
