Kitchen Sales Designer (Uncapped Commission)

You’ll work on inspiring projects within a growing family‑run company specialising in luxury kitchens and bathroom designs and refurbishments, offering full on‑the‑job training to understand their process and the opportunity to boost your earnings with a generous commission structure.
The Role
* Consult with 4–6 clients a day to understand their needs and create bespoke kitchen designs that fit their vision and budget.
* Design custom solutions using Virtual Worlds and liaise with the internal team on designs.
* Manage projects from start to finish to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with a close‑knit team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.
* Work Monday‑Friday 9‑5 pm, Saturday 10‑5 pm, with a day off in lieu.
The Person
* Sales experience, preferably with a background in kitchens.
* Based in London.
