Position Overview: Campfire is seeking a creative Lead Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, or programs, provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and manage risks and resources effectively. Strategic Planning - develop and implement project plans, identify project goals, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Team Leadership - leads and mentors project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Risk Management - Identifies, assesses and mitigates project risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within the agreed budget. Resource Management - Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, ensuring efficient and effective use. Stakeholder Management - Communicates effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, challenges, and outcome. Performance Monitoring - tracks project progress, identifies deviations from the plan, and implements corrective actions as needed. Continuous Improvement - identifies opportunities for process improvement, promoting best practices and ensuring efficient project delivery. Problem Solving - Addresses issues and conflicts within project teams, finding solutions and ensuring timely resolution. Required skills for the role? Have the ability to inspire, motivate and guide project teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information. Ability to identify and resolve project issue efficiently and in a timely manner Have strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients. Ability to adjust changing project requirements and priorities Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure. What do we expect from our team?
