1. Legal Counsel, Infrastructure – Scotland (Assignment 16806)
Our client, a global leader in infrastructure projects, seeks a Legal Counsel for their Glasgow-based in-house legal team. The role can be full-time or part-time. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, JV agreements, warranties, bonds, and advising on contract administration, disputes, and claims. Candidates should have at least 2 years of PQE and a good understanding of the construction or infrastructure sector. Less experienced candidates may be considered if they demonstrate the necessary skills.
2. Senior Counsel – Glasgow/Scotland (Assignment 16805)
Our client, a global infrastructure leader, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with at least 5+ years PQE. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts, advising on procurement, managing joint ventures, overseeing dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance. Strong organizational, commercial, and negotiation skills are essential.
3. Senior Solicitor/Associate (Litigation/Contentious-Construction) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 11987)
This law firm seeks a solicitor with 2-7 years PQE, preferably with construction litigation experience. The role involves contentious claims, insurance disputes, mediation, adjudication, litigation, and arbitration.
4. Construction (Non-Contentious) – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 10620)
