Key Responsiblities:
* Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including raising customer invoices, credit notes, and vendor purchase orders in line with approval processes
* Coordinating intercompany agreements and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
* Supporting client contracts through financial transaction processing and cost allocations within client systems, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
* Providing financial and contract reporting inputs, helping to deliver accurate and timely information to clients
* Setting up and maintaining new clients, vendors, projects, and prospects within financial systems
* Performing cost allocations and adjustments in line with guidance from Finance Business Partners and the controllership team
* Supporting month-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met within the accounting cycle
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and SOX controls, maintaining a strong governance framework
* Working collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency
