Overview
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference? We're looking for a Fundraising Administrator to join our team and play a key role in helping us raise vital funds for Havens Hospices. This is a 30 hours per week role supporting fundraising events across the 7-day week on an as-and-when basis. Although some agile working may be possible, this is predominantly an on-site position.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing administrative support for fundraising activities, campaigns, and third-party events
* Assisting with supporter stewardship, sending updates, thank-you communications, and key information to build strong, lasting relationships
* Supporting the planning and delivery of awareness and acquisition events, using data and insights to inform decisions
* Processing donations securely and accurately, ensuring compliance and helping track invoiced income effectively

We care for children, young people and adults with complex or incurable conditions. Our specialist Care Teams support them and their families throughout illness, death and bereavement in the comfort of their home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens.
