The Role
As a Showroom Sales Manager, you know that the perfect bathroom needs planning, trust, creativity and the ability to bring an idea to life. You will identify and capitalize on every sales opportunity, inspiring customers with the perfect solutions for their dream bathrooms. You will be an expert at building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to customers and exceed expectations. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive outreach and rapport building.
* Manage the end‑to‑end sales journey, placing customer needs at the forefront to help them achieve their dream bathroom.
* Collaborate with in‑branch colleagues to foster relationships and cross‑sell to our current trade customers.
* Promote the bathroom showroom locally, using creative tactics to increase awareness of our service.
* Consistently strive to make the showroom the best, anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
* Possess previous sales experience in a similar environment; a positive attitude is equally important.
