Annapurna HR have been engaged by a leading global organisation currently undergoing large scale change and transformation to find talented HR Service Assistants to join their evolving HR function. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a client-focused HR service across all employee lifecycle activities.
- Act as a Workday HR advocate, supporting and educating employees to promote self-service.
- Manage HR queries, follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion of processes for payroll.
- Partner with Recruitment, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Reward, Learning and other HR teams to deliver a seamless people experience.
- Validate employee and organisational data, ensuring accuracy across systems.
- Uphold data protection standards and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Experience delivering HR services or working within an HR shared service or operational HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A problem-solving mindset with resilience and initiative.
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS (desirable).
