The position is permanent, working 18 hours per week. Specific days and hours will be discussed at interview based on business needs. There is a requirement to work approximately 2 Saturdays per month in Chester on a rota basis, with time off in lieu provided.

What Will You Be Doing As A Customer Consultant?
1. Be the first point of contact: Greet customers warmly in-branch and over the phone, making their first interaction positive.
2. Engage and understand: Ask insightful questions to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Listen and tailor solutions: Offer personalized advice based on each customer's circumstances.
4. Proactive outreach: Contact customers to discuss their needs and how we can support them.
5. Maintain accurate records: Ensure customer records are current, especially identifying and supporting vulnerable customers.
6. Adhere to policies: Follow company policies, standards, and controls, supported by comprehensive training.
What Do We Need From You?
* Previous experience interacting with customers, whether in banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other sectors. Experience in a contact center environment is also valuable.
* Ability to work well with others and demonstrate a 'one-team' mindset.
* Ability to handle busy days and manage time effectively with a wide variety of customers.
* Willingness to grow, adapt, and change according to business needs.
What Is In It For You?
This multisite role requires flexibility to work in both West Kirby and Chester. The position is permanent, working 18 hours weekly, with specific days and hours discussed at interview. You will need to work approximately 2 Saturdays per month in Chester, with time off in lieu.
The annual salary is £23,600, pro-rated to £11,800 for 18 hours per week, plus benefits including:
