Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of our regional investment strategy? We're looking for a proactive, skilled Regional Investment Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and oversight of capital projects across our portfolio. If you're motivated by driving impactful change, managing construction-led programmes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes, this could be the role for you.
As our Regional Investment Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of capital and improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with contractors, internal stakeholders, and project teams to make informed investment decisions that improve asset performance and deliver value for money.

The Essential Criteria is listed below
1. Experience in project management within the construction industry, with a track record of delivering complex or multi-site projects.
2. Strong understanding of capital components, including planning, asset lifecycle considerations, and investment prioritisation.
3. Proven experience managing and controlling budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and robust financial oversight.
4. Experience managing a diverse range of sub-contractors, with the ability to influence and drive performance across varied disciplines.
As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
Although this role is advertised in a specific location, you will be required to work in surrounding areas.
