Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take full ownership of Mechanical and Electrical packages for projects valued between £5m and £20m, managing the process from initial feasibility through to final handover. Full Lifecycle Cost Management: Delivering comprehensive quantity surveying and Employer's Agent duties. Pre-Contract Excellence: Leading cost planning and overseeing pre-contract tenders. Contract Administration: Managing JCT and NEC contracts, including Design and Build procurement routes. Client Engagement: Operating with high levels of autonomy to manage project delivery while maintaining professional, close-knit relationships with key stakeholders. Desirable Experience: Previously held an M&E Quantity Surveyor or Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor role for a minimum of 5 years. Good client facing skills and able to lead and manage meetings.
