French speaking Junior Events Coordinator (3-month Temp Position)
We are working exclusively with an international organisation based in London who is looking to hire a 3-month Temporary French speaking Junior Events Coordinator to strengthen their events and operations function.
This is a 3-month temporary role to start ASAP. You would be working from their office, based in Holborn, Central London, offering a salary equivalent of £28,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience.
The role:
This is a newly created position offering strong exposure across the organisation to support their busy Events Logistics Operations. You will work closely with the events manager, forming a central events and operations duo that supports three internal departments. The role is primarily focused on event logistics and coordination (75%), with additional responsibility for administrative and database support (25%).
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate the logistics of multiple events from planning through to delivery
* Liaise with venues, suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Provide on-the-day operational support for events
* Maintain, clean and update databases
* Manage databases to ensure the right audience is targeted for guest lists and event invitations
* Support general event-related administration as required
What we’re looking for:
* Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
* Knowledge of France and a genuine passion for travel
* Previous experience as an Events Assistant, Events Administrator, Events Coordinator or Events Executive
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
