£35,000 - £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Paid Travel + Pension + Bonus + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Are you an Junior Contracts Manager with experience in Fit-Outs, Refurbishment, or Construction, looking for progression, mentorship, and the chance to be fast-tracked to a Contracts Manager role within a close-knit, family-feel business?

In the role, you will travel to various sites across the South of the UK during working hours to carry out surveys, take-offs, quotations, and support the contracts team with project planning, site meetings, and financial tracking. You'll play a vital part in ensuring high standards are maintained across all projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
This role would suit someone from a surveying, fit-out, or construction background looking to move into a contract management role with a reputable company offering excellent progression, training, and a supportive team environment.
The Role:
* Carry out site surveys, prepare accurate take-offs and quotations
* Assist with project planning, contract management, and cost tracking
* Travel within the South East with minimal overnight stays
The Person:
* Experience in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, or Construction
* Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing client expectations
* Based in South London and happy to travel regionally
