We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to take full ownership of Hallmark Angmering Grange, one of our newest and most beautiful luxury care homes. This is a rare opportunity to put your stamp on a home from the ground up and lead it to excellence.

Your role as General Manager
As General Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the success of the home. You’ll:
* Lead, recruit and inspire high‑performing teams who deliver outstanding, relationship‑centred care
* Create a positive, empowering culture where people feel valued, supported and developed
* Oversee rotas, budgets, compliance, health & safety, quality standards and occupancy
* Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
* Ensure exceptional outcomes for residents while driving sustainable commercial performance
You’ll be supported—but never micromanaged—by a leadership team that genuinely understands what great looks like.
