Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to students Develop tailored lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles Assess student progress and provide feedback Support students in achieving their academic goals Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Required Qualifications: Valid teaching qualification Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK education system Ability to motivate and inspire students Organisational and time management skills Proficiency in subject areas being tutored Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Experience using educational technology in tutoring Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work may be conducted in-person or online Collaborative work environment with other educators All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
