The Role: The role holder will work within the NSS team on the operation and administration of data network, collaboration and wireless services for the University. The role will be required to work with both internal customers and external service providers to ensure that the collaboration, wireless and data network services are responsive and continue to meet the Universitys needs. You will be assisting in the support and maintenance of the University campus data infrastructure including edge network switching, ensuring the University data network is optimised, monitored and performing to expectations. You will also continually contribute to the universitys hardware renewals.
