Performance Marketing Manager – 12 month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
Salary circa £65,000 plus benefits
Location: Surrey
Working arrangement: 3 days office-based, 2 days from home

Talent Hub is collaborating with a luxury brand to create memorable experiences worldwide. Join a vibrant marketing team to lead digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, maximizing ROI and revenue growth.
This 12-month fixed-term role involves managing a £1m+ Paid Media budget, optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns, and leading the PPC agency to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities include managing PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns, data analysis, strategy refinement, campaign execution, and optimization.
We seek a Performance Marketer with strong technical skills in PPC, experience in-house or agency side, with a solid B2C background in Paid Media and digital campaign management from strategy to execution.
You should challenge the status quo, advise on social media and digital best practices, be highly analytical, data-driven, and enjoy working with a fun and supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize a £1m+ PPC budget to maximize ROI and conversions.
* Oversee and lead the PPC agency, ensuring performance improvements and quality lead generation.
* Execute and refine paid media campaigns across PPC, social, and display channels.
* Understand CPLs and CPMs, analyze data for insights, and collaborate with the agency and internal teams.
* Analyze performance data using GA4 and Looker Studio.
* Have a solid understanding of Meta, YouTube, and Display ad formats; develop creative briefs for in-house studio.
* Conduct A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
* Lead and mentor a Social Media Executive, working with digital teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Strong background in Performance Marketing within B2C, ideally for premium, retail, or travel brands.
* Proven expertise in PPC and paid media optimization.
* Advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing.
* Experience with landing page and CRO optimizations.
* Knowledge of Infinity Call Tracking (beneficial but not essential).
* Experience with Google Ads and Analytics.
* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools and testing strategies.
* Experience working within a matrix organization, stakeholder management, and agency oversight.
