Your new role
Working as part of a dedicated payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payroll for several operating units using the iTrent payroll system. Full training on iTrent will be provided.Your key responsibilities will include:
1. End‑to‑end payroll processing
2. Collation, verification, and input of payroll data
3. Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
4. Preparing and uploading employee letters
5. Scanning and maintaining payroll documentation
6. Producing and collating monthly payroll reports
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a team‑oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and is confidentmunicating with both employees and managers. You will be able to manage pressures and deadlines while maintaining confidentiality at all times.Essential skills and experience:
7. Minimum 1 year of payroll experience
8. Intermediate Excel skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
9. GCSE Maths grade C or above
10. A‑Level or BTEC level education (or equivalent)
11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
12. Excellentmunication and organisational skills
