What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering new applicants and matching them to available properties Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants Negotiating tenancy terms and closing lettings deals Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants Delivering excellent customer service throughout the rental process Supporting the branch team in achieving targets and business growth Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company policies What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings (essential) Excellent sales and negotiation skills Strong communication and customer service ability Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated Confident telephone manner with a positive attitude Knowledge of Morden and surrounding areas (advantageous) Full UK driving licence and own car (essential) A thorough, professional approach to estate agency and lettings What's In It For You?
