Early Years Educators level 2 and level 3

We are looking for qualified early years educators (Level 2/3) to join our team of early years specialists. Early Years Educators promote child‑led learning across all age groups, providing engaging, challenging and achievable environments that extend children’s learning.
You should be passionate about early years, a child magnet, skilled at teaching young children, know when to ask questions, listen, patient, reliable, flexible, friendly, motivated, enthusiastic and hard working.
Responsibilities are to be a key person in planning, observations, and assessment. Provide high‑quality learning activities and experiences, excellent care routines, work in partnership with parents, help deliver high standards, uphold the company ethos, and maintain our outstanding Ofsted status.
Qualifications:
* Recognised early years qualification, Level 2 or Level 3
* Post‑qualified experience desirable but not essential
Salary: £23,000 per annum (Full or Part Time)
