Why join? * Hybrid working that supports flexibility and balance * Strong focus on learning, development, and career progression * Competitive bonus and a broad benefits package * Collaborative culture built on trust and community What you'll be doing: * Partnering with business teams to identify high-impact data opportunities * Leading end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to production * Building, testing, and deploying statistical and machine learning models * Working with structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights * Supporting production models with monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement * Using visualisation and reporting tools to communicate insights clearly * Contributing to data science best practices, MLOps, and agile delivery What you'll bring: * A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or similar * Strong commercial experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning * Solid skills in Python, SQL, and modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks) * Experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques * Exposure to MLOps, experimentation, and model monitoring * Comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving environment * Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Interested?
