The Payload:
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary per year (fully tailored to your experience and diagnostic skills).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Strictly zero weekend shifts!
* Holiday: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Carrying out high‑quality vehicle servicing, regular maintenance, and multi‑point health inspections across a diverse range of makes and models.
* Utilizing modern workshop diagnostic tools to solve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
* Handling core mechanical work and major component replacements, including clutches, brakes, MOT prep, batteries, and air‑conditioning systems.
* Working under a brilliant, supportive Workshop Manager who understands the trade inside out and values your input.
* Ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous 5‑star quality and road‑safety checklists.
What We Need From You:
* Experience: A proven, confident Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic with strong diagnostic capabilities and the ability to work independently.
* Qualifications: Level 3 Qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) is preferred, but your practical ability, reliability, and attention to detail are what matter most.
* Mindset: A professional, reliable team player who takes pride in clean engineering and thrives in a friendly, cooperative workshop atmosphere.
* Full UK driving licence.
