From power tools to workwear, cables to pipe fittings, we offer over 70,000 products across 900+ stores – and that’s not to mention our industry-leading digital services. Join Screwfix and be part of a team of experts who get the job done quickly, affordably, and always with a smile.
Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, this role plays a key part in bringing Screwfix’s internal communications to life. You’ll help shape and manage our digital communications channels day to day, creating engaging content that connects colleagues to what matters most and keeps everyone informed, involved, and inspired.
Working in partnership with stakeholders across the business, you’ll support the delivery of impactful people communication campaigns, turning key messages into stories that resonate. From planning content to driving projects forward, you’ll help make sure every communication feels clear, relevant, and meaningful.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, enjoys collaborating with others, and takes pride in creating communications that help colleagues feel valued, included, and part of something bigger.
