EYFS Teacher Responsibilities · Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. · Observe, assess, and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and using data to inform planning. · Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures each child’s development. · Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support individual learning needs. · Encourage children’s independence, communication, and social development through interactive and creative activities. · Promote a love of learning through imaginative, hands-on experiences.
