Location:
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working field-based, visiting customer sites/our offices, and also remotely.

The Opportunity
As a
National Corporate Account Manager (NCAM)
, you'll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of high-value customers within the
Utilities Industries
. Your mission? To grow RS's share of wallet year-on-year by deeply understanding your customers' challenges and aligning our solutions to help them thrive.

This is a
consultative sales role
that requires a deep understanding of customer operations, change management, and value-based selling. You'll be the face of RS to your accounts — and the voice of your customers within RS.

What You'll Do

* Own and grow a portfolio of national corporate accounts across the UK & Ireland.
* Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Utilities industries.
* Identify customer pain points and align RS's full suite of MRO solutions to deliver measurable value.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration across the wider RS sales organisation to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and Power BI to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
* Drive customer retention, revenue growth, and gross margin improvement.
* Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to your customers and internal teams.

What You'll Bring

* Established background experience of B2B sales or account management experience.
* Experience in Utilities, Regulated Industries, or MRO is desirable.
* A consultative, customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate long sales cycles.
* A collaborative, professional approach with the ability to lead without direct authority.
* Self-motivation, resilience, and a values-driven mindset.
