Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, cocktails, and mocktails to a high standard
* Provide a friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
* Handle cash and card payments accurately
* Monitor guest alcohol consumption and uphold licensing laws
* Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service
* Deliver a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Ekelipse brand
About You:
* Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
* Confident with cocktail-making and working under pressure
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends
