General Farm Worker – Hook, Hampshire (2 Positions) -£28,000 – £30,000 - 40 hours per week
The Company:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well established organic farm supplying high quality produce, meat, and dairy to premium hospitality clients. The farm operates a sustainable, mixed farming system, blending traditional methods with modern practices.
The Job:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Farm Workers to support day to day operations across the farm. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in high standards of animal welfare and farm maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting livestock care across cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry
- Maintaining high standards of animal welfare
- Carrying out general farm duties including cleaning, fencing and upkeep of farm areas
- Assisting with seasonal tasks as required
- Operating farm machinery such as tractors and forklifts (training can be provided)
- Following organic and biodynamic farming principles
The Candidate:
- Previous farm experience is preferred but not essential
- A genuine interest in agriculture and livestock
- Practical mindset with good work ethic
- Must live within a commutable distance of Hook, Hampshire
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
