The Role
Working alongside our Senior Kitchen Team, youll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Your focus will be on preparing beautiful, nutritious food while helping to maintain a smooth, organised, and welcoming kitchen environment.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting others, and understands the importance of food in a luxury wellbeing experience.
What Youll Be Doing
Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Taking ownership of your section and supporting Commis Chefs as needed
Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and running smoothly
Understanding dietary requirements, allergens, and ingredients across the menu
Being knowledgeable about the nutritional value of the dishes we serve
Communicating clearly with Front of House and other teams
Supporting the Front of House team with food knowledge
Answering guest questions with confidence and care
Helping to manage food costs and raising any concerns with the Head Chef
