The Coffee House is a new concept to Center Parcs serving coffee supplied by Java Republic. With fantastic seating areas inside and out, it’s located perfectly on the edge of the lake. Our guests can meet here to refuel with a coffee and cake or sit and have a relaxing lunch in between their activities. RESTAURANT TEAM LEADER | €15.19 per hour plus tips All colleagues working in our restaurants, cafés and bars will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. As a Team leader you will provide coaching and guidance to your team, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial targets are achieved. This is a hands-on supervisory role, where you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the operation, including taking orders, serving and ensuring the team deliver excellent service to every guest. Good communication skills are essential as you will proactively deal with any guest queries whether in your unit or whilst out and about around the village. The successful candidate will also be required to support the back of house operation and as part of their development, they may also work in a number of units with varying service styles and volumes. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Ability to lead a team Financial awareness Previous catering / bar management experience at minimum of supervisory level Good communication skills Desirable requirements: A good level of computer literacy and analytical skills Back of House experience HOURS OF WORK Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary but you will always receive your contracted hours per period. Your working hours will include evenings, weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
