Customer Team Leader Location: Church Street, Gamlingay, SG19 3JH Pay: £13.65 per hour Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (from 6.00am), afternoons, late evenings (until 10.00pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You will lead the store team—coaching and supervising Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you’ll do
* Provide friendly, welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful service daily, managing the store and handling challenging situations
* Develop your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience
* Support your store manager by deputising and managing HR processes
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging team feedback
* Build relationships and support the local community through the store
