We are looking to expand our small team and add someone in a Warehouse & Office Assistant role. This person would join our knowledgeable and friendly team to support the business by increasing our operational efficiency and building a stronger more profitable Company.
Warehouse & Office Assistant Main Duties:
*Handling and prepping products for small parcel or freight shipments
*Help unload inbound containers with entire staff
*Move products within the warehouse to different locations using a ladder or pallet jack
*Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and keeping the warehouse neat, orderly and safe
*Process customer information and orders received via website, phone and email
*Enhance customer experience by managing their order from receipt to delivery
*Answer incoming customer enquires via phone and email
*Provide guidance and advice on products to match customer needs and create price quotes for customers
Warehouse & Office Assistant Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
*Minimum grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
*Previous experience in a similar warehouse or office environment is preferred
*Proficient Skills in Google Workspace Apps (including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets & Docs)
*Able to multi-task and work efficiently with an attention to detail
*Ability to lift 25kg weight
*Comfortable working at heights with ladders
Part-Time for 15-25 hours per week. Those hours would be organised between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
