Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders and maintaining accurate records.
* Utilise Microsoft Excel and other software for data analysis and reporting.
* Manage customer inquiries through CRM software, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
* Assist in the preparation of sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools.
* Maintain an organised filing system for sales documents and correspondence.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Conduct market research to support sales strategies and initiatives.
* Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Experience
* Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is advantageous.
* Strong IT skills with a good understanding of CRM systems.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
