SEND Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
* Assisting with creative, and imaginative based activities

* Helping to manage behaviour in a calm and positive way
* Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs
Qualifications & experience:
* Has experience working with young people (SEND/SEMH experience is ideal but not essential)
* Has a creative background or interest in drama, theatre, or the arts
* Is patient, adaptable, and empathetic
* Can build strong, trusting relationships with students
* Is passionate about inclusive education
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Appropriate qualifications and training for the role
* Enhanced DBS check and registration with the DBS Update Service
* A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for supporting SEND students
