Hours & Salary
* 30 hours per week, 42 weeks term time only
* 4 days a week (days to be discussed at interview)
* Salary up to £36,562 pro rata (actual salary up to £27,939.18 per annum)
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance to current students and prospective ones.
* Support individuals from initial enquiry through to progression into employment, further training, or higher education.
* Provide one‑to‑one guidance interviews, accessible drop‑in sessions, group tutorials, and participate in career‑related events.
* Work effectively with colleagues and engage with both young people and mature clients from diverse backgrounds.
Location
This role will be based predominantly at the Woodlands campus with flexibility to work at other centres.
