Job Overview Job purpose Montrose Community Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is delivered in partnership with the University of Dundee as part of the Graduate Apprenticeship in Business Management. You will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of operational tasks, supporting the day-to-day running of our facilities, programmes, and community initiatives, while studying one day per week towards a BSc (Hons) in Business Management. Key Responsibilities Include Managing finances and utilities for Gill Park, as well as MAFC finances/invoices. Handling cash, banking, and financial administration. Coordinating MFC pitch and room usage. Overseeing minibus administration. Using My Club Hub to manage members, failed payments, and liaison. Carrying out HR-related duties. Supporting communications, including social media posts, scheduling, and responding to messages. Organising community activities such as Walk & Talk (Mondays and Thursdays). Supporting Christmas initiatives and seasonal campaigns. Ordering and monitoring stationery supplies. Taking minutes/actions in meetings and circulating follow-up. You must meet one of the following entry requirements for the Graduate Apprenticeship Programme: BBBC at Higher (English and mathematics preferred), or A Modern Apprenticeship in a relevant area (SCQF Level 6), or A Foundation Apprenticeship in a relevant area and two Highers (English and mathematics preferred), or Relevant work experience, or Equivalent qualifications.
