You will lead the design, implementation and management of reward and benefit schemes, ensuring broader alignment with our people strategy and fair pay principles.You will have the opportunity to:Lead in Job Evaluation for the organisation using WTW job evaluation technology.Lead the design and execution of reward strategies including pay frameworks, benefits, and bonus schemes.Partner with senior leaders to align reward initiatives with business needs.Effectively communicate and promote Total Reward offerings throughout the organisation.Provide expert advice on reward policies, job evaluation and role grading.Support annual reward activities, including salary surveys, and continually enhance the benefits offering.Drive continuous improvement across reward processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with the People Strategy.What Do We Need From You?To be successful in this role you'll need:Experience in job evaluation (Willis Towers Watson methodology) and managing salary benchmarking exercises.Proven experience in leading medium- to large-sized reward projects (e.g., annual pay review or bonus processes.)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform reward decisions.Advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of pay benchmarking methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.What's In It For You?Skipton values work/life balance and we are proud to support hybrid and flexible working, where possible.
