Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake site risk assessments and review surveys of water services in accordance with the latest ACOP L8, HSG274, BS8580-1 2019, and HTM 04-01 as necessary.
2. Complete schematic drawings following guidance requirements.
3. Produce timely and accurate reports detailing remedial actions and maintenance regimes for clients.
4. Provide technical support as required.
Required Skills:
1. Knowledge of HTM 04-01 (desirable but not essential).
2. Knowledge of cooling towers, process systems, and other systems (desirable but not essential).
3. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and challenging situations.
4. Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
5. Excellent organization and time management skills.
6. Clear and confident communication skills.
7. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and achieve.
8. Willingness to travel regionally, with occasional overnight stays.
9. Full clean driving license.
