This is a rare opportunity to take on a newly created Compliance Manager role within a highly specialised law firm. The Role
You will work closely with the Partners and wider team to oversee the firm’s compliance function. The role is varied and hands-on, with responsibility for areas including: client onboarding and engagement processes, Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions procedures, training for fee earners, file opening and closure, and other day-to-day compliance and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams, and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the business. Strategic thinking, initiative, and a proactive approach to administration and organisation are key. Above all, you’ll bring integrity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to add value in a fast-paced professional services environment.
