About the role
We’re delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team!
As a Product Manager, you’ll have a key role in shaping our product portfolio to help us meet our business objectives. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and solutions through their lifecycle, ensuring profitability, success, value to the business and customers, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
This role involves working closely with a range of internal teams and external stakeholders to build understanding of market needs to inform future strategy, becoming a champion of the products and services in your portfolio.
How you’ll make an impact:
1. Owning the strategic direction and lifecycle management of your product portfolio, driving profitability, growth, and long-term success
2. Developing commercially viable products and solutions, backed by robust business cases and aligned with customer needs
3. Collaborating across teams to deliver compelling value propositions, drive adoption, and enhance customer satisfaction
4. Monitoring performance and market trends, adjusting roadmaps and strategies to maintain competitive advantage
5. Using data and insight to inform decisions, optimise performance, and identify new revenue opportunities

6. Proven experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of shaping strategy and driving it through to successful implementation
7. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to uncover insights, spot trends, and translate them into commercial opportunities
8. Strong leadership and influencing capabilities, with confidence navigating complex, matrixed environments and building alignment across diverse stakeholders
9. Effective project management skills, adept at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines while staying pragmatic, focused, and outcome-driven
10. Creative thinking and customer-centricity, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions by connecting product features to real customer needs
